The Foothills

This is where the farthest edge of The Stretch meets the very beginning of the mountains themselves. Here, green grass gives way to the face of the great rocks, where one can began thier descent upwards...

In the spring and summer, food here is plentiful due to the warm winds carried in off the stretch. There are however, a lot more avalanches in this region, so look out for those during the warmer seasons. Many trees also scatter this area, providing cover during the harsher weather.
